Objection Practice

Master the Federal Rules of Evidence

Choose Objection Type

How It Works
This module is based on the U.S. Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE), covering the 11 most common objection types in courtroom proceedings. Basic mode offers multiple-choice drills; Advanced mode pits you against an AI opponent in attack/defend rounds. After selecting a category, all questions relate to that rule. Some scenarios may appear objectionable but are actually permissible — the correct answer is "No Objection." This tests your ability to distinguish real violations from lawful evidence.
